Funeral services for Mr. Lindsey Thomas Watkins, 79 of Anniston will be Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Meritt officiating with burial following at Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m Tuesday night June 11, 2013 at the funeral home.

Mr. Watkins passed away June 9, 2013 at his residence.

Mr. Watkins is survived by his wife Imogene R. Watkins; daughter, Paula Jean (Ron) Mitchell; son, Gerald Thomas (Terry) Watkins; sisters, Phyllis (Morris) Warmouth of Denton, Tx and Geraldine Benge of Danville, Ky; grandchildren, Erica (Mark) Griffith, Lacie (Bo) Christopher, Codie Estes and Fiancee Greg Lankford, Nickolette Estes; great grandchildren, Bryton K Usrey, Ashlynn C Usrey, Kayden B Usrey, Noah A Griffith, Autumn S Griffith, Sarah-Kate Christopher, Caylee S Lankford, Abigale G Lankford; chosen grandchildren, Chase Hall, Forrest Richter and Griffin Adams; two nieces and five nephews; special pet, Lucky Watkins.

Pallbearers will be Mark Griffith, Bo Christopher, Greg Lankford, Chase Hall, Forrest Richter, Griffin Adams and Larry Morris

Mr. Watkins was preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Dailey.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Weaver Congregational Methodist Church.
