
Lyle was born March 8,1944 to George and Esther Zastrow LeClair.
Lyle served in the United States Army, he was a proud Vietnam veteran. Following his military service, Lyle attended Ayers State Technical School for Welding Technology. He worked all over the United States as a pipe welder, pipe fitter and welding inspector.
Lyle was a member of Union Methodist Church in Wellington, Al.
He loved people and all animals. His special pets were Ivy and Lucy, his cats.
Lyle was a mason, a member of masonic Lodge at Duke, Al., the Zamora Shriners, and the Anniston York Rite Masonic Bodies.
Lyle is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary Nunnelly LeClair. Seven siblings: Dorothy Shafte, Vancouver WA, Dale LeClair, Battle Ground, WA, Roy and Fay LeClair, Tuscaloosa,Al, Ray and Nancy LeClair, Arden Hills, MN, Lonnie and Marsha LeClair, Fridley, MN, Janette Brandenburger and Dean Eneboe, Rosholt, SD, Robert (Bob) LeClair and Gail Langley, Casa Grande, AZ. Lyle is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and lifelong friends.
Lyle was preceded in death by the following: George and Esther LeClair, his parents James H. and Pearl B Nunnelley, his in-laws, Brent Robert LeClair, infant brother, Linda Sand, sister, Dennis LeClair, brother Rodney Sand, Glenn Schafte, Nick Brandenburge, brothers-in-law Darlene LeClair, sister-in-law John Eneboe, Gary Shafte, nephews.
There will be a memorial service with Masonic Rites at the Masonic Lodge at a later date. Lyle's ashes will be interred at Anniston Memorial Gardens.
