Martha Price

Funeral services for Martha E. Price, 91, of Oxford will be Friday, September 28, 2018 at 2:00 at Gray Brown Service Mortuary with Bishop Bill Smith and Janice Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Creek Baptist church Cemetery in Heflin, Al. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 6-8 at the funeral home. Mrs. Price passed away September 26th at her residence.

Survivors include her daughter Diane Alexander (Gerald), two grandsons James Keel (Julie) and Damon Keel (Cassey), three sisters Beatrice Kincaid, Dollie Naegli, Ada Schofield and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Price is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Braxton Price, her parents, four brothers and one sister.

Pallbearers will be Damon Keel, Robert Howell, Kenny Bell, Gary Bell, Tony Hamm and Doyle Culver, honorary pallbearers will be James Keel and Otha Hamm.

Mrs. Price was a native of Heflin and a resident of Oxford. She was a member of New Directions Church of God in Attalla. She was a loving mother grandmother and sister and she will be greatly missed. A special thanks to Alacare Hospice and special caregivers Julia Lloyd and Glenda Hayes.
