Shirley was born in 1948 in Alabama and grew up surrounded by her large family. She had three siblings, numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles. She loved her sister Barbara and her brothers Ronnie and Benny fiercely and remained close to them throughout her life. Her family influenced Shirley to be a loving and caring woman, always giving her time to others and tending to those during their times of need. She has been a pillar of strength, love, and unity for our family.
As a mother/grandmother/great-grandmother, she was generous, loving, and kind. When Shirley became a grandmother, she was thrilled about her family growing even bigger. She loved spending time with her grandchildren when she could.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, who loved her with all of their hearts.
Shirley is survived by her children and their families, Scott Wisotsky (James), Jeremy Wisotsky (Lisa), and Jennifer Larson; 3 Grandchildren, Emma Larson, Max Wisotsky, and Eli Wisotsky; 1 Great-Grandchild, Silas Morris; Sister, Barbara Johnston (Lanny), Brother, Ronnie Edwards (Julie).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ben & Edna Edwards, brother, Benny Edwards, and Granddaughter, Shelby Larson.
