Graveside services for Mr. William “Billy” Tyson, 83, will be Monday, January 6th, 2025, 2:00 p.m., in the mausoleum chapel at Forestlawn Gardens Cemetery with Father John Mcdonald officiating. Mr. Tyson passed away on January 2nd, 2025.
He is survived by his son, Michael Tyson (JoAnn); grandchildren, Matthew Tyson (Lindsay), Anna Tyson (Mike), Trevor Crow; great grandchildren, Timothy Tyson, Laney Tyson, Amelia Tyson, Daisy Tyson, Michael Tyson, including a host of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Tyson is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Tyson; parents, Frank and Thelma Tyson; sister, Jean Tyson.
Those serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
Billy had a love for NASCAR and Alabama football. He also enjoyed working on antique vehicles in his spare time. Billy adored his cherished wife, Nancy, whom he is finally able to rejoice with. The family would like to give a special thank you to caregivers, Agnes, Regina, and Kim.
