Preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Laura Scharber; sister, Helen Fitzsimonds; brother, Donald Scharber and a brother in infancy; sister-in-law, Janie Scharber; brothers-in-law, Tom Santelli and Scott Kuss.
Survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Rhonda Scharber; daughter, Michelle (Pete) Banks, Kim (Dave) Kelcher; grandchildren, Alison and Grant Kelcher; siblings, Bernie (Tom) Sheldon, George Scharber, Frank Scharber, Steve Scharber; sister-in-law, Jacque Santelli; also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
One of Joe’s greatest passions in life was being involved as a coach and avid fan of his daughters sporting events.
Funeral Service 11:00 am Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021 at Gearhart Anoka Funeral Home (552 East River Rd., Anoka) with visitation starting at 10:00 am.
MASKS REQUIRED for all attendees.
Interment Morningside Memorial Gardens.
