She will be missed. She always made you feel like you were accepted as you are

Megan was one of the kindest humans I have had the joy and pleasure of knowing.   She brought nothing but kindness, warmth and laughter.   The world is a sadder place without her.

Bpb and I are so sorry for your loss. I remember the days of Charlotte and Megan. They were such little spitfires. The devil in their eyes and excitement to create trouble when they could. What great friends they were, along with Megan Niven. 
I cannot imagine what you are going through. But, just know I have been thinking about you ever since this horrible tragedy touched your family. 
Megan is an Angel now watching over you. Watch for the signs.

One memory that I will always hold close to my heart is a sunrise that Megan and I shared. After work one morning we sat outside and watched the sun come up, the clouds scattered across the sky lit with gold from the rays of the sun. The whole sky was golden that morning, we both sat in awe at its beauty as we talked about God and his creations. The time was so still, so peaceful and perfect, but yet as sunrises do, they only last for a few minutes as they are constantly changing. With time progressing the memories shared will always remain the same. And for that we are thankful. Until we see you again, you will be missed!

My heartfelt condolences for your loss. I didn't know Megan but she was a friend of my daughter, and as a theater parent I volunteered to create the program for Anoka High's musical their senior year. This clip is from that program. I recall Megan having a bubbly personality when I took her photo & that comes through in her "bio" as well.

Megan was a wonderful mom a great co- worker with unique positive qualities. Her kindness, patience, positive attitude, nurturing spirit, empathy, ability to make others feel loved, feel understood and valued will always  be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Megan in two different districts many years apart as both a new and seasoned teacher. She was so kind and caring towards her students on their best and worst days. Her compassion and desire to help them become a better version of themselves was inspiring. I enjoyed talking with her and it was a joy to be around her. I’m so sad to hear that she has passed. I believe she truly made the world better in so many ways. Sending grace, peace and hope to the many who know and love her as they are navigating a deep loss.  I’m grateful to know her.

My condolences to Mary and all of Megan's family during the toughest days, weeks, and years to follow.   Megan was the little sister everyone wanted to claim at youth group, but there was nothing little about her personality and joy for life!  Sending prayers for peace with such a heartbreaking loss.

I am so sad to learn of Megan's passing. My condolences to her family and friends for your incredible loss. I first met Megan when she was a little girl and dropped in to see Mrs. Tingle, the school nurse.  As Megan went through school with my daughter, I crossed paths with her again and again. She was always sweet and spunky, with her own special sparkle! I know she will be missed very much.

Megan was my best friend at SCSU, and one of the brightest lights I’ve ever known. She had this incredible laugh—loud, warm, contagious—and a heart just as big. She was the kind of person who could make you feel seen, heard, and loved just by being near you.

We had this thing where all it took was a glance in class—one look—and we’d both burst out laughing, completely unable to hold it in. It didn’t matter what was going on around us, we were always on the same wavelength. That kind of connection is rare, and I will always treasure it.

Megan was funny, thoughtful, and endlessly kind. Just being around her made everything better. I will miss her for the rest of my life, but I’ll carry her with me always. I love you, Megan—forever.

I’ll miss you, until the day we can see one another again. Friends for so long. Not many childhood memories I have that don’t include you and Niven. My compassionate, empathetic, loving friend.

Growing up, I remember Megan was incredibly sweet with a dash of sass! I ran into her last summer at Coborn’s, she was as kind and caring as I remembered. My deepest condolences to her son and family.

I worked closely with Megan while she worked at DaVinci and her son and my son became fast friends. I'm saddened to hear of her passing. Condolences to her family and son.

Megan and I having the absolute BEST time at AHS MORP in 2003. Nobody danced harder that night. She was a true free spirit, and I’m a better person because of her friendship when we were young. I’ll miss her in a big way.

She was the proud and devoted mother of her son, Jaxon, who was the center of her world. Megan was the beloved daughter of Mary and her late father Glenn, and a cherished sister to Katie, Eric, and Matt. Megan, or Auntie Bacon as she was lovingly referred to, brought love and laughter to her nieces Taylor, Danielle, Aubrey, Claire, Drea and her nephews Trace and Cale. She is also survived by many other loving relatives and dear friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
