Jeffrey Alan Wirzman, 60, passed away in Apopka, Florida, on December 4, 2020. He was raised in Hillsborough, NJ and moved to Apopka, Florida in 1998. He was the son of the late James Wirzman and Joan Marie Wirzman.
Jeff graduated from Hillsborough High School Class of 1979. He was an Eagle Scout from Troop 186.
Jeff retired from the Somerset County Department of Works in 1998. Jeff was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and could be seen wearing his Steelers' jersey and watching football as well as displaying his Steelers' banner and flag. He loved his plants that surrounded his residence and could be seen taking care of them.
He is survived by his siblings; sister, Jacki Wirzman Sandler of Apopka FL, brothers, Jamie Wirzman (Julia) of Tyler TX, Jerald Wirzman (Kim) of Hillsborough NJ , and Joel Wirzman (Sheri) of Palm Coast FL. As well as his three cats; Joan-Marie, Little Bit and Georgia.
A Memorial Service will be held in Ortley Beach NJ in 2021.
