I will miss having conversations with him.  I always enjoyed the humor he added when telling his stories.  He was a remarkable man with many facets to his life.  He will be missed by many and leaves large footprints to fill.

I will never forget the evening I first met Larry when I was at his home with a friend of Mike's.  I was16 years old.  I could feel his presence and strength the minute he walked into the room and was a bit awestruck.  I was privileged to have had him as a father-in-law for many years and my children are blessed to have him as their grandfather.  I am grateful for everything he taught me and the experiences we shared, whether it was watching him enjoy his grandchildren, discussing business, watching him prepare steaks and tell us how he did it, hitting golf balls or flying with him, just to name a few. 
 
He was an extraordinary and amazing man who I will love and respect forever.   My most sincere and deepest sympathy go to all of his family, friends and associates.  I pray God will bless you each with peace and that as waves of grief hit, they will be replaced with treasured memories that warm your hearts and bring smiles to your faces. Larry Klein was one of a kind. He lived many wonderful years and enjoyed many diverse avocations. After serving many years in the U.S. military, Larry and I became partners in the car wash manufacturing industry where we worked side by side for over 30 years. Larry was very talented and as partners we never came across any issues for which we could not eventually resolve as great friends. In troubled times or when things were going really well, Larry always had a great sense for the next steps that we should take. He had a unique talent for knowing just what was needed to convince potential customers that they needed to buy from Ryko. Wherever Larry traveled he was always able to form special bonds with potential customers and for whatever potential impediments encountered, Larry always had the right answer and “landed on his feet.” Larry will be greatly missed by family, friends and many Ryko associates that he worked with. Larry lived his life and left this earth with dignity and I am certain that once again he has surely “landed on his feet.”

On behalf of the RYKO Heritage Staff and their wives (Tom & Liz Carleton, Jim & Judi Logan, Jerry & Linda Peel, Bill & Marsha Raisch and Rich & Rose Grier) let me say what a great honor and pleasure it was to work with and know Larry for so many years as part of the greater RYKO family. We will all remember him and continue to appreciate all that he has done for us and our families. We also give thanks for Larry's service (Air Force) to our country and for the sacrifices he, Gwen and their family made in order to keep us safe,  protect our freedoms and to overcome our enemies. He was a very special man.  Our sympathies are with Gwen and their family. May God bless you all!

Mr. Klein is survived by his wife of 67 years, Gwyneth; his two sons: Robert Klein and Michael Klein.  Mr. Klein also leaves four grandchildren, a sister, Bernice Baer and two nephews Richard and Jeffrey.
