Can't believe it's been 15 years since I last seen you my friend just seeing your picture brings back a lot of memories this time of year when we were young we would be down at the mouth trying to hook a few eels so we could head home and make the old boys proud and have a roast and some laffs

For some strange reason I can't get you off my mind today. I look at pictures and I just loose it. Or I hold the build a bear you got me when I was 6 and I hold it so tight as if it was you. It's been so hard lately to stay strong. It feels as if everything is finally shattering to pieces after all this time. And the only thing that could possibly piece everything back together was if you and dad were here. By far the two strongest men I know. You were such an incredible father and son. Not to mention the best big brother I could ever ask for. I remember the last time I saw you was when we were gonna visit aunt Jill, and I just remember being so scared of you because you were so big. And being so crossed out by that Gatorade bottle lol. I still can see you walking up that driveway so happy to see us, and me running to mom because I was scared. But there wasn't anyone in the world I loved more. That week you were with us, you constantly made sure I knew u loved me. Every single day I would come home from school and you would always have something for me. Or that time we went to the mall and u bought me a pair of DCs so I can match with you. Then you bought me my Jonas Brothers build a bear, that I ofc named Trevor Dog. Even though I'm 16 now, I still sleep with it every single night bc it feels like your with me. To this day I'm so thankful he always sat by me in the car. 
I still remember that day, September 30th, 2010. One of the hardest days of my life. I remember mom picking me up to walk home from school. I knew she had went home bc she was wearing scandals, and she couldn't wear scandals to work. The whole time I kept asking what's wrong, why did you go home. And I remember walking into the house with dad in tears, and they told me. All I wanted to do was to see you again. To talk to you on the phone, hear your voice. 
I miss you more and more each day. It's crazy to think your really gone, that I won't see you again.

There is another part of Trevor's family in southern California that you may or may not know of. Trevor has two aunts: Terry McEntee-Allred and Christy Van den Broek.  & uncle Keith. He also has cousins: Justin Van Den Broek & Samantha Van den Broek.  We all have many memories, from Christmas holidays to summer vacations, and I would like to share one of them with you.  
 
In 1990 Terry's husband Keith and his friend Tom had bicycled a portion of the Pacific Coast Bicentennial Bike Route and ended their ride in Willow Creek. From that point on, when Trevor was just 9 years old, he was captivated by the idea of a long bicycle ride like that along the Pacific coast.  Keith said something at the time like, â€œTrevor you're too young you'd have to be at least thirteen years old.â€
 
The years went by and Trevor remembered. As soon as he was thirteen he wanted to go on that bicycle ride: that was the summer of 1994. 
 
Trevor's parents Laurie and Randy decided that Trevor could go on such a ride if Keith and Tom were willing and that is how their great adventure began. Laurie and Randy bought Trevor a big tire bike for the trip. The trip was planned by Keith and Tom to be inexpensive, starting with taking the Green Tortoise Line from Redding to Kelso, WA. From there, these three â€˜Bicyclers'' headed for the coast. Staying in hiker-biker camps and eating at local diners, they made their way to Astoria and down the coast of Oregon and northern California to Eureka about seven days later. 
 
Randy picked up the trio and their bikes in Eureka and the next stop was to Hey Jose's for a hot burrito in Arcata and then back home to Willow Creek. Needless to say, Trevor was young and strong and his cycling speed increased with every passing day on that ride (especially after Keith checked out Trevor's bicycle and noticed that the rear brake was dragging the whole time). On the last day Trevor raced for the finish where his dad would see him flying like the wind in the lead.
 
It's memories like this one that will keep Trevor in our hearts and minds forever.

All who knew Trevor, knew he was one of the kindest people around. He was a friendly face in the most hostile of crowds. He made you feel like you had a friend when you thought you were friendless. I never had the pleasure of knowing him as a father, but through my experience knowing him when I was samll, I can garuntee he was an excellent dad. My condolences to his family, I know he is watching over you all. I will keep you in my prayers.

Trevor was a great family man, and loved his kids and Sarah more than words can say.  I could see the love in his eyes for them and know he will be a guardian angel watching over them forever.  When I recently visited Humboldt we all got to go to the beach and let the kids play.  I attached a picture of Trevor, Hunter and my son Carter playing on a rock at Moonstone.  Trevor looks like he's looking out to the ocean with the sun shining down on his face.  I believe he was happy and at peace.  I'm so thankful to be blessed with the memories I have of him.  Rest in peace Trevor, your friends and family miss you dearly.

 KTWC tournaments with my dad telling us to stop wrestling in the back of the car on the way, we were practicing dad.  Love you Trev you are the best of men.

I didn't know Trevor very well, but what I did know was that he was a very friendly guy, a devoted & involved father, and very funny.  Thank you Trevor for loving my kitty, Baby Luvins, when she was here.  I know she loved you too.

   So many memories, so many good times. You will never be forgotten by all who knew and loved you. My heart goes out to your family...and all of your friends...  The last time i saw you was at the Gulley residence..I was lucky enough to see you interact with your kids~ so wonderful. I will cherish all the times we had together and hold you in my heart as all your friends and family will. ~ Until we neet again~

Trev was an awesome, funny guy. We are sad to see him go, but blessed to have known such a great person. We will see you on the other side friend.

Though I've only met Trevor a couple of times, I still will never forget the first time Sarah indroduced us, I was in the mall and just had my son, pushing a stroller, I saw Sarah and Trevor eating in the food court. When we finished our conversation, Trevor got up from eating to go open the door for me. I just thought that was such a sweet gesture. That is when I knew Sarah found the perfect man for her. I Love you Sarah and would give anything to at least take 1/2 the pain away. I am always here for you and Hunter day or night even early am, I'm here. Stay strong my sister!

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Trevor and his family.  He was wonderful person with a big smile and a warm heart.  Have a safe journey friend.

You were the best brother I could ask for, even though we didn't always get along. I will miss you forever. I will never forget you but then even if I tried I couldn't because I named my son after you. Tell mom I said hi and I miss her so much. I will will see you in time. I LUV you brother. Trevor was a friend of our sons when he was in elementary school and high school. One of our best memories is of a trip we took, with Trevor, to Yosemite for the first time. Trevor was a joy to be around. We are all so sad to hear of his passing.

We have lost a dear friend. Our hearts will never forget him. Love and prayers to his family. We love you always Trevor!

We will miss Trevors kind smile and big empty stomach. He was a wonderful man and an even better dad.  He will forever be in our hearts and his family in our prayers.

We are so lucky to have known such a great person, Trevor was a loyal friend, so funny and a great dad. We will truly miss his warm heart. May our thoughts and prayers be with his family in this time of sorrow.
