A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, March 19, 2018 at Sechrest Funeral Service of Archdale-NC with the Rev. Henry King of Brightlight Freewill Baptist Church and Jack Holder, officiating.
Betty was born in Thomasville-NC to Mitchell and Mary Alice Kennedy on July 27, 1934. She attended Pilot School in Thomasville -NC. She married Thomas E. Williams on December 23, 1950 in Asheboro-NC. She worked in the textile industry at Kayby Mills in Thomasville-NC for many years. She was a member of Hillside Park Baptist Church in Thomasville-NC and always loved listening to gospel music.
Betty is preceded in death by Thomas E. Williams (husband), Janice Miller (Daughter), Pamela Thompson (Daughter), Gary Williams (Son), Debra Williams (Daughter), Harold Kennedy (Brother), Peggy Stone (Sister), Leon Hilton (Brother), Mitchell Kennedy (Father), Mary Alice (Mother), Bradley White (Grandson) and Hunter Hockett (Great-Grandson).
