

Graduating from High Point Central, Sharon embarked on a career that saw her working at several local restaurants, including Pat's Restaurant, Gordy's, and Wahoo's of Thomasville. For a time, she owned a bar and grille known as Peddler's Den of High Point.
Sharon was the loving mother of three beautiful children, Jamie Leonard, Michael Moore and Michelle Brimer Her personal interests were many; she was known for her creativity, particularly in yard sales, canning food, and crafting Christmas ornaments and wreaths. Sharon also enjoyed crocheting.
A compassionate and kind-hearted individual, Sharon was deeply involved in her community. She helped feed the homeless and provided clothing to those in need, embodying a spirit of generosity and selflessness. Her family, especially her granddaughters, were the center of her world.

Preceding Sharon in death were her parents, Bobby Lee Lewallen and Bonnie Jean Smith; two angel babies; her brothers, Bobby Lee Lewallen of Trinity and Terry Lewallen of High Point; and her belated husband, Edward Michael Moore.
Sharon leaves behind her children, Jamie Leonard (Dustin), Michael Moore (Heather), and Michelle Brimer; eight grandchildren: Kendal Moore, Madison Moore, Kayla Moore, Billy Deweese, Zack Deweese, Erika Hopkins, Michael and Dylan Stone; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Diane Besosa and Pam Crosthwaite; and her brother, Gary Lewallen and host of nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service for Sharon will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 2p.m. at Floral Garen Memorial Park. The family is under the care of Advantage Funerals and Cremations of Archdale, NC.
Sharon's legacy of being thoughtful, loyal, gentle, generous, honest, and humorous will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
