Bonnie BurkothOf Arlington HeightsBonnie Burkoth was born on August 13, 1956 in Chicago to Kenneth and Ruth Almeroth (nee Mathisen). She passed with loved ones by her side on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in Barrington, Illinois. Bonnie worked passionately as an Exhibits Manager for American Society of Plastic Surgeons in Arlington Heights for almost 25 years. She was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Arlington Heights. As her sons grew she followed their activities from sideline to stadium. She most enjoyed the simple things like spending quality time with family and her 4 grandchildren. Bonnie is survived by Kerry her spouse of 38 years; sons, Scott (Jessie) Burkoth and Todd (Monica Gutowski) Burkoth; grandchildren Maxwell, Henry, Nora and Greta; mother, Ruth Almeroth; sisters, Cindy (Greg) Arnswald and Jill Blakemore. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth G. Almeroth. Memorial visitation Friday, October 28, 2016 from 4:00 pm until the 7:30 pm Funeral Service at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
