I'm so sorry to hear about Brian's passing.  I considered Brian my best friend in college and we had some great times together at the TKE house.  Our prayers are with you and the family.

I became acquainted with Brian when he played floor hockey with us at the Oakbrook Terrace Park District several years ago. He was quite an athlete and always a pleasure to talk to socially. I was shocked to hear of his passing since he was always in such excellent physical condition. Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Brian was a friend and colleague for over 20 years and I will miss him dearly.  A good and decent man who always did what he could to better those around him.  I will miss our discussions on economics and politics....which we rarely agreed on and that was the fun of it.  We are all better for knowing him.   Our prayers are with Joan and the kids.

My entire family was so very, very sad to learn of Brian's passing this morning.

I first met Brian when the Apple facility you and I worked with in Rolling Meadows was closing.   Brian came in to the office to introduce and offer his professional financial advisory services to those of us who were losing our jobs.    I remember that meeting ... even after all these years.   That introduction lead to years of sound financial / insurance advice and referrals for me, my brother Keith, and my Mom.  

Mom, Keith and I always enjoyed our at least annual Saturday morning meetings with Brian at Mom's house.  Mom always insisted on wanting to have something to offer Brian -- coffee cake, pound cake, cookies .. and of course coffee.  

I am so very sorry I didn't know he was sick ... my last correspondence with him was at the end of May and I had it on my "to do list" to check in with him this coming week. 

Brian seemed to be a great "family man" who always seemed to be going here or there involved in some activity or another related to your children.   He was a sincere, honest, trustworthy, personable, and forthright financial/insurance professional whose advice I am positive was welcomed by many.

Please know my whole extended family is praying for you and your family during this time of grief and loss.
