He was self-employed as a tool & die designer in Mount Prospect. Earl belonged to Beverly Lanes Bowling League in Arlington Heights, also enjoyed playing golf, sailing and traveling throughout the United States. Earl loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and was loved by all.
Earl is survived by his daughters, Donna Holloway and Diana (the late James) Spicak; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie (nee Porter); his parents; and sister, Fern (Paul) Schlicting.
Visitation Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 2:00 pm until the 4:00 pm Memorial Service at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Interment is private.
