Evelyn D. Cromer, 80 formerly of Mt. Prospect was born August 8, 1934 in Casner Township, IL to the late Gustav and Amby (nee Tackett) Draege and passed away June 26, 2015. Evelyn was the beloved wife of the late Earle G. Cromer Jr.; loving mother of Sue Cromer and Earle G. Cromer III; dear sister of Doris Collester and the late Clyde Draege, Otto Draege and Harold (Carmen) Draege and fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, July 10, 2015 from 3-8 PM at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Friends and family will gather at 10:15 AM on Saturday, July 11 at St. Simon’s Episcopal Church, 717 W. Kirchhoff Road, Arlington Heights for funeral service at 10:30 AM. Interment will be in Arlington Heights Wheeling Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Simon’s “Memorial Mission & Ministry Fund” marked in Evelyn’s name appreciated.
