Frank - a devoted father of two and grandfather of six - cherished 50 years with his wife, Cynthia. Waking up everyday with a smile and song, he was a talented cook who made everybody feel at home and could talk to anyone creating many lifelong friendships. He lived adventurously - throwing a mean knuckle ball against future MLBrs, playing hockey, scuba diving, skydiving, fishing and white-water rafting. He built a remarkable professional career at Sears. He was a mentor to all including students in School District 155. His final adventure in Costa Rica included horseback riding, zip-lining, and white-water rafting. Frank’s legacy is one of generosity, love, support, and passion for life. He wants you to remember: “You are GREAT!”
Frank is survived by his wife Cynthia (nee Lyndon); children Nicholas (Allison), Katie (Jeremy) Huss; Grandchildren Delaney, Henry, Eleanor, Benjamin, Maggie, and Lydia; and sister Amy (the late John) McGinnis.
