Georgia Anagnopoulos

Georgia is the loving mother to Dean (Lisa) Anagnopoulos and Elaine (John) Dimoulis. Proud grandmother to Christos (Katie) Dimoulis, Georgia Dimoulis, Nicholas Dimoulis, Alexis Anagnopoulos and Brianna Anagnopoulos. Sister to Effie (George) Pipiros, Jimmy and Christos Stratis.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Christos Anagnopoulos.

Georgia was a vibrant, caring, generous woman who lived life with passion. As a young woman, Georgia courageously moved from her island of Samos to the big city, Athens. There she worked as a nurse and built a home with her brother and sister. It was also there that she met her husband Christos and later came to America to be married. She adored her children and grandchildren. She was an amazing cook and gardener. She will be missed dearly. (For anyone not able to attend the funeral in person, the services will be live streamed. Visitation Tuesday, July 5, 2022 from 10:30 am until the time of funeral service at 11:30 am. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
