Grazia Colucci, loving sister and daughter, 59, passed away on October 4th, 2025. Grazia was born in Chicago Il to Raffaella and Francesco Colucci on April 7th, 1966. She passed away in her home, surrounded by her beloved family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Francesco Colucci and her mother, Raffaella Colucci.
Grazia is survived by her sister Domenica (Joseph) Valenzano and Aunt to Frank Valenzano and Laura (Gerardo) Rutigliano.
Grazia was loved and adored by her family and friends and will be greatly missed. Her legacy of spreading unconditional joy, love, and kindness lives on through her family.
A funeral mass for Grazia will be held Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at St. James Catholic Church, 831 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. A visitation will occur Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 831 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. A committal service will occur Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at All Saints Cemetery, 700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016.
