Guenther loved spending time outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and golfer, and could often be found in his bright shirts that brought some extra color to the green.
Guenther is survived by his mother Katharina (nee Jaeger); sons Matt (Therese) and Daniel (Alexius); and grandchildren Abigail, Shawn, Hadley, Callan, and Barrett.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Vicki (nee Mazurek) Hehn; father, Frank Hehn; and sister, Erica Unterreiner (nee Hehn).
Visitation for Guenther will be held on Thursday January 9, 2025 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, Illinois and Friday January 10, 2025 at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, Illinois from 9:00 AM until the time of Mass at 10:00 AM.
