Herminia M. Lopez was born on October 8, 1933 in Santiago, Chile to Guillermo and Berta (nee Cerda) Sepulveda. She died Monday, February 5, 2018, in Park Ridge, Illinois.
Herminia worked as a teacher for and retired from School District #219. She was a member of St. Edna's Catholic Church.
Herminia is survived by her husband of 62 years Mario; children, Rod Lopez and Sandy Lopez; grandson, Marco Lopez; brother, Guillermo L. (Regina) Sepulveda; many nieces and nephews as well as many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Lucy Sepulveda and her parents.
Memorial Mass Saturday, May 19 at 3:00 pm at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
Private Interment, Graceland Cemtery.
