Janet P. Palumbo was born May 2, 1949 in Chicago to Edward Saidak and Lorraine (nee Michalik) Cibic. She died March 4, 2020 at Bella Terra in Wheeling.
Janet is survived by her daughter Gina (C.J.) Smith; her grandchildren Alessandra, Massimo and Giuliana; her siblings Michael (Donna) Gollinck, Scott (Deborah) Piazza and Patty Thiakos.
She is preceded in death by her husband James A. Palumbo and by her parents.
Visitation Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 3 PM until 8 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights. Funeral service 10 AM, Monday, March 9, 2020 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. Entombment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
