Jory Ann Capra passed away on March 16th, 2023. She was born on September 25th, 1985 in Berwyn, Illinois.
She is survived by her husband Joseph Capra, brother Mitchell (Rachel) Kriz, nephew Lincoln Kriz and niece Eliza Kriz, aunts Deanna Kriz and Carolyn Gentry, Uncle Deane Kriz, mother-in law and father-in-law Theresa and Gary Capra, brothers-in-law Michael (Katie Bolinger) Capra and Anthony (Lydia Wojtusiak) Capra, and an abundance of many other close friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her parents Eileen and Donald Kriz and her uncle Dennis Kriz.
Jory worked in the logistics industry specializing in exports. During her time of employment with RIM Logistics she climbed the ladder to a sought out supervisory role. In her spare time, she loved to travel, was transcendent as a wife, and intentionally watched bad reality television. Her passion and ease in throwing parties, cooking, cleaning, and caring for her husband, friends and family showed no limitation. She loved everyone’s children as if they were her own. This was also demonstrated through her devotion and leadership through her coaching skills with The Special Olympics. She lived her life fiercely and she will be missed profoundly.
A visitation will take place from 2:30pm until 8:00pm on Friday, March 24th, 2023 with A Memorial Service and Words of Remembrance at 7:00pm at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd. Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
