Marie Patricia Baird

Marie Patricia Baird, a beloved mother, grandmother, and homemaker, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2024, at the age of 85, at her residence in Mt. Prospect, IL. She was born on April 16, 1938, in Liverpool, England.

Marie led a fulfilling life dedicated to her family. She was a devoted mother to her sons, Robert and Edward Baird; stepmother to Diane (Gary) Wamble, Debbie (Dennis) Morgan, and William Baird; step-grandmother to Leeana, Karlin, and Kristin Baird, Jordana Hebert, and Jason Wamble.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, Robert, and her parents.

Marie found joy in her various pursuits and occupations throughout her life. In addition to her responsibilities as a homemaker, she worked part-time work at Westgate Newsstand and also supervised the cleaning team at Twelve Oaks.

A visitation will be held from 9:00am until time of the Funeral service at 10:45am on Monday, January 29, 2024 at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd. Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004. Interment next to Robert at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery is private.
