So sad to hear about Mike's passing. I will miss working with him and all the laughs that came along with it. Please accept my heartfelt condolences at the passing of Michael, my friend, whom I knew only briefly.  His  courage and cheerful demeanor were always a highlight of weekly Tuesday rounds, and Pam was equally cheerful and courageous. I was shocked to learn of his passing and will genuinely miss our visits. My thoughts and prayers are with Michael and all of his family and friends.

Dearest Uncle Mike, you came into our lives because of your wonderful sister, Karen Lilly Klein...you shared her and she shared you.  It has been the best of times with wonderful laughter. Thank you for loving my brother and know that we hold your family in our hearts!

I still cannot believe that Mike is gone from this world but I know that he is in a better place and that we will all see him again someday.I knew Mike in grade school and high school. Always a smile on his face and always upbeat.Pam and Mike were the happiest, married couple I have ever known.Over the past few years, some of our GRC Class of '66 members would gather for lunch once a month. It was always great to see Mike at the lunches -lots of laughter and stories from Mike.May God bless and care for his entire family during their time of loss and in the days ahead.

I am so sorry to hear about Mike's passing, I had the pleasure on many occasions to enjoy his company and engage in conversations that still have me laughing.  I will miss Mike a lot, he was a exceptional coworker and great person to be around.  My prayers and thoughts go out to your family.  God Bless

My condolences and prayers to the Lilly family and all of the close friends to Mike.  I have only known Mike for a few years, but he made me feel like I had known him forever.  He was a great salesman and there will never be another like him. He was so personable you almost forgot you were talking business.  He will be greatly missed by his friends in Texas.

We've known Mike and his sons since the boys were pre-schoolers in Lakewood, Ohio. We drank Boones Farm, bowled together & had more fun then young couples ever had.  Mike named Jim "the grouch" before Sesame Street came to be.  Mike was the only one who could ever loosen up Jim, too pessimistic for his own good--who will do it now?  We were on our first cruise ship vacation with Mike & Pam as he proposed to her.  We have watched from pictures over the years just how happy they grew together--a true love story. The world is not as bright without Mike.

First, my sympathies to Pam and all Mike's family and friends, I can't imagine the huge hole in your hearts, my prayers are with you all.  Mike and I go back many years, we met at a Phoenix group at St. Kiernan's Church in Chicago Heights, so may wonderful memories.  He walked me down the aisle at my second wedding and made sure to mention it wasn't too late to change my mind.  As single friends we shared our Christmas  Eve's together when we didn't have our children.  We would go to Mass, dinner and end up at our friend Laurie's house helping her wrap Christmas presents.  After my parents died he went with me to help clean out my parents house in Michigan and of course told me how to do it. I could call Mike any time even in the middle of the night to solve a crisis.  He was there with love and support.  He was never short on advise even when I didn't ask.  I will miss his flirtatious personality, his wonderful wit and the sharing of children and grandchildren stories.  He recently told me being a grandpa was the best.  I know we all have a champion in heaven to watch over us, will miss you my dear friend!

I was absolutely heartbroken to hear of Mike's passing. He was always a patient I looked forward to caring for with his bright smile, great attitude and of course, sense of humor. It was an honor being his nurse and getting to meet him and his family. Pam, you were truly an outstanding support for Mike at his bedside 24/7-my heart goes out to you and the rest of the family. Try to remember the great times during this hard time. Thanks again for allowing me to meet this wonderful man.Sarah (and baby Max!)

We were so sorry  to hear about Mike's passing. Ken shared many stories about Mike and I am glad, I had the pleasure to meet him on occasions. Our condolences and prayers to the family. May your memories with him give you comfort in the days ahead.
