Michael P. Saunders Of Arlington Heights Michael P. Saunders was born on April 13, 1938 in Gowanda, New York to Donald and Elizabeth (nee Funk) Saunders. He died July 26, 2014 in Arlington Heights. Mike worked as an engineer for Montgomery Watson Harza in Chicago. He was an avid golfer and loved to travel world wide. Mike loved to spend time with his family and was loved by all. Michael is survived by his sons, Dan (Pam) Saunders, and Michael A. Saunders; brother, Donald Saunders; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by spouse, Orsar; and his parents. Visitation Wednesday, July 30, 2014 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) , Arlington Heights.
