Nate and I have known each other since the second grade. I grew up with him. I always remember him being the smartest in the class as well as modt athletic. He had a great heart and had always been a great friend. He was always the guy you want to be with at any type of gathering. There are so many memories that I recall. Nate will definitely be misded by his friends. As well as all the lives he has touched through hid years. He was a poditive and inwuisitive thinker. He is where god wantd him to be. My condolences to his family Nathan is a one of a kind there will never be another person like him. Rest in peace Nate we will meet again my friend.

Nate-I know for certain that you are at peace for the first time in many years. I am so blessed that our paths crossed 12 years ago at Indiana. The rest was history. Best friends. Brothers. Cubs freaks. Lunch buddies. Thank you for being selfless in all of your interactions and endeavors in life. You never talked about yourself, but always wanted to hear from others and help in anyway you could. Thank you for making me laugh. Thank you for always making me smile when others couldn't. I promise there won't be one day that goes by where I don't think of you. I will make you proud and honor you daily through the actions of my life. Watch over us when you can. I miss you. I love you. I know you are at peace Nate.

Dear Nate,I was shocked to hear of the news of your passing. We started as analysts at PrivateBank around the same time and interacted on a daily basis for a couple of years until our paths at the bank and further careers began to diverge. Upon leaving PVTB, you were one of the colleagues that made it to one of my going away get togethers, which I really appreciated and never forgot. I will always remember our time together at the beginning of our careers and still have a copy of the analyst caricature board I entrusted you with upon leaving the bank. I just recently heard of the unfortunate news after the arrangements and wasn't able to pay my respects in person. I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Nathan a good friend and teammate from my youth. It has been a long time since we had spoken, but I had played hockey with Nathan for several years when we were Glenview Stars. These were fun years for myself having been the captain of many of these teams and having a close group of teammates. I recall being good buds with Nathan. I am happy to hear that he returned home to Glenview to coach and this is something that I inspire to do someday as well. I have been coaching for the past several years in NIHL and Nathan would be happy to hear that a few years ago I accomplished something as a coach that we couldn't quite do as players and that is winning a 1st place banner in NIHL. As time went on though unfortunately I lost contact with all my former teammates. However, you never forget the good times and friendships. I wanted to send my condolences to his family and friends from myself and my parents. Nathan - I have very fond memories of those days and my passion is still strong today for the game of hockey from those times. Its unfortunate our paths never crossed, but until we meet again I hope you found some good ice and are playing some hockey!
