Patricia Erickson was born November 28, 1936 in Indianapolis, IN to Harry and Madonna Stanley." She died March 25, 2016 at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village.Patricia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend." She participated in and supported the PTA, American Red Cross, Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts." Her hobbies included sewing, painting, ceramics, reading and solving crossword puzzles." Those that knew her could always rely on her." She was kind, quick witted and selfless with an infectious smile.Patricia is survived by her husband Paul Erickson; her children David (Cindy), Steve (Julanne), Linda (Lee) Smith, Susan (Joe) Palkovic; her grandchildren Riley, Sarah, Caroline, Jensen, Tom, Emily, Grace, Katie, John, Marius, Stellana, David, Jack, Sophia, Andrew.Preceded in death by her son Bruce Erickson and by her parents.Visitation Monday, March 28, 2016 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
