Dear Beth, Alex and Angelina,

We are so sorry to hear the tragic news about Paul.  Please accept our deepest sympathies on the loss of your loving husband and father.  We know how much he cherished all of you and how proud he was of Alex.  We will always treasure our moments together with Paul at Quest Academy, Catholic Charities and St. Viator High School.  The most important memory we have is that Paul loved our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Paul knew that we kept Jesus in the center of our lives as well and he gifted us with a Holy Rosary from Italy that was blessed by Saint Pope John Paul II.  We still pray our Rosary with this special gift and now we will cherish it even more.  May God bless all of you and the entire Grabowski family during this difficult time.  Sending our love and prayers.  Jesus, I trust in You.

I was saddened  to hear about the passing of Paul.   I had the privilege of working for him for 15 years at the firm , 
He was an incredible person.  He always had a smile on his face. He loved his family so very much, and was so proud of Alex and the man he has become. If he was not giving his time volunteering he was enjoying his love of poker. 
My heart goes out to all of you.

We are so sorry to hear of Paul’s passing. Paul and Beth have been our neighbors for many years. I formerly was their next door neighbor until my wife passed away and then I moved across the street, still neighbors. 

Paul was always very accommodating! I’ll never forgot when my first wife Jane was outside looking at the landscaping between our houses one Spring day. Paul came outside and said to her “Jane, I only come out here a few times, so please tell me what you want me to do!”  That was Paul, a great neighbor!

Yesterday, I heard the heartbreaking news that my dear friend Paul had passed away. I cried, overwhelmed with regret for not staying in touch with him more often. Every year on my birthday, he would either text me or we would make plans in advance. This year, on January 29th, I didn’t receive his message, but I didn’t think anything was wrong, as several of my friends with cancer have lived for five to ten years. He was my close friend, brother, and mentor for nearly three decades. We once talked about how I would take him to China, but now that will never happen. Before Christmas, we texted while I was abroad, and he was happy for me knowing I had left this cold place. He was a wonderful husband, father, and son. He often told me that since his grandfather and father passed away early, he might leave before Beth, and he always reminded Alex to take good care of his mother. I witnessed firsthand how he cared for his mother when she was ill, and last year he even shared with me his plans for Beth’s finances. He gave me so much guidance—when I faced difficulties, when my child was going through a rebellious phase, and when I started my first company. I deeply regret not being able to see him one last time before he passed away.
