Paul Krause, 86, U.S. Army Korean War Veteran of Arlington Hts., IL, died May 20, 2020. Beloved wife of Maureen Krause (Connerty); loving father of Paul (Kathyrn); Greg (Kathyrn); Mary (Michael); Brian (Rebecca); Theresa (Joseph); Matthew (Christine); Colleen; proud grandfather of 20 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; step daughter Hollie Newman. Paul was born in Youngstown, OH. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois and his master’s degree from National College of Education and National Louis University. Paul had a 50-year career in sales and marketing and upon retirement spent five years with Countryside Association driving a bus for persons with disabilities.

Paul was a devoted youth football coach, old time radio fan, and enjoyed watching his grandchildren participate in various sports. As an avid car enthusiast, he could be found driving in or attending local car shows.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Theresa (Lynch) Krause; son Paul; and wife Maureen Krause (nee Newman).
