I just found out about Paul's passing and was shocked.  I had the pleasure of having Paul work for me at Raymond Professional Group and he was one of the nicest people I have ever met and worked with.  He was so easy to get along with which made my job a lot easier.  In 2008 when I was looking for work, Paul went out of his way to try to land me a job at Ambitech.  Even though they were not hiring because of the economy, Paul still kept me informed of what was going on with their work load.  I really appreciated his concern in trying to help me get employed.  Since I retired, I have not been in constant contact with some of my co-workers and did not find out about this until now.  Paul will be missed and my condolences go out to the Solarz family.  God bless.

My heart goes out to Sandy and Paul's entire family. Words cannot express what deep sorrow I feel that he is gone. I was so amazed how he always had a smile on his face and always a kind word to say even when he was having a stressful day. This world will not be the same without this wonderful man. As you can imagine, losing any of our team is heartbreaking regardless of the cause but Paul was truly one of “those great guys” that would give you the shirt of his back if you needed it.  Paul was a loyal crusader for Ambitech and worked every day to enhance the reputation of Ambitech and everyone who works here.  He will be missed as a valued contributor to our industry but mostly he will be missed for being himself.  May God bless Paul and his family in this difficult time.

Paul was our neighbor for the past 14 years.  He was so nice and would always lend a hand to anyone in need.  He will be missed.

I worked with paul up to the last day and I never met a kinder more gentle man in my entire life. He was like a brother to me and I will miss him dearly.

Paul, thank you for being at the gate when I applied for Ambitech in 2007. You put my mind at ease. Thanks too for the food you bring for "fat tuesday", on your birthday and anniversary. Thanks also for coming early at Culligan since I don't have an access card. Lastly, thanks for stopping by my desk to wish me a safe trip to corpus christi on Oct. 3. Till we meet again.

I worked with Paul many years ago in Chicago but never forgot what a kind person he was. He always had a smile for everyone. My heartfelt condolences to his family.

Paul, was true professional always willing to help no matter what. I remember he would bake cupcakes for everyone's Birthdays. He will be missed and I'm so glad I could call him my friend.

My condolences to the Solarz family.  I will missed him greatly.  He was a great friend, teacher and someone you could rely on are some of the great qualities of an awesome human being.  We had lost a great person, but heaven had gained an Angel.

I have had the gift of working with Paul for many years. Paul was always in a cheerful mood and always greeted you with a smile. Paul is the nicest man I've ever meet. He will be missed, but he won't be forgotten. He inspires me to look at life just as he did.

I met Paul in the mid ninties when we both worked for Fluor-Daniel. We then worked at Raymond Professional Group where we spent five years together in a trailer at Abbott labs. He became a mentor to me since we were both Piping Designers. A more helpful, giving, generous person I have yet to meet. I loved him like a brother. I extend my most heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.

I am so glad i got to know Paul very when I worked for Ambitech and he was such a wonderful and kind hearted man; always willing to help at any moment. This is a great loss for his Family, Community and Workplace. May his soul rest in peace. You will be missed Paul.

I first met Paul in 1993 when I transferred to Fluor-Daniel (Chicago) from Fluor-Daniel (Toronto). He welcomed me like I was one of his childhood friends. We continued to work together over the intervening +20 years at a number of engineering companies in Chicago. He was one of the kindest and most decent individuals that I ever met. But most of all, he was the proudest Dad/Grand-Dad that I ever met. Amy, Justin, Tyler and Ashley … please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. Paul will be sorely missed … Pedro.
