Pawel Maciejak was born on May 26, 1949 in Warsaw, Poland to Jerzy and Maria (nee Banachowicz) Maciejak. He died Friday, November 29, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Pawel is survived by his spouse of 45 years, Bozena Maciejak (nee Orczykowska); his daughters Aggie (Eric) Weber, Ewa Maciejak, Dorota (Andrzej Morawski) Maciejak; his son-in-law Adam Wasilewski and his grandchildren Maya, Emily, Olga, Jason and Natalie;
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as two siblings.
Visitation Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 2:00 pm until time of Funeral Service at 7:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (four blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004. Interment will be private.
