Of Buffalo Grove
Richard John Jachowski was born October 26, 1936 in Chicago to John and Stella (nee Paluch) Jachowski. He died April 3, 2018 at his home in Buffalo Grove.
Richard served in the Army during the Korean War. He was an avid fisherman and golfer.
Richard is survived by his wife Bernadine (nee Zaremba) Jachowski; his children Carrie Ann Fox, Theresa (Ron) Paguirigan and Sheryl (Don) Anderson; his grandchildren Christopher, Ryan, Brandon, Tyler and great grandchildren Liliana, Giana and Maxwell.
He is preceded in death by his sister Florence (late Louis) Glowacki and by his parents.
Funeral mass 11:30 AM, Saturday April 21, 2018 at St. Mary's Parish, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 150 N. Michigan Ave., Suite #400, Chicago 60602.
