Richard (Dick) A. Kirk, 89, of Mt. Prospect, was born August 1, 1923 in Chicago to the late Arthur and Mary Kirk, and passed away peacefully May 8, 2013 in Arlington Heights. Beloved husband of Helen Ann Kirk nee Ross; loving father of James (Betty) Kirk, Rosemary (Gregory) Cotteleer, Michael (Mary Ann) Kirk, Thomas (Chris) Kirk, Julie (Brian) Prempas and Paul (Laura) Kirk; proud grandfather of 12 and great grandfather of 1; cherished brother of the late Patricia (late William) Merges; caring uncle of many nieces and nephews.
