Robert F. ClarkOf Buffalo GroveRobert F. Clark was born on October 14, 1931 in Chicago to Charles and Gladys (nee McNutt) Clark. He died Friday, December 12, 2014 at his residence in Buffalo Grove with family by his side.Robert worked as an International Buyer for Sears and Roebuck Co. in Chicago. He served in the United States Army. Robert was an avid golfer and loved to teach the game to his children and grandchildren. He loved to spend time with his family, on vacations, and was loved by all. Robert is survived by his spouse Carol, of 57 years, children, Daniel (Arlene Malinowski) Clark, James (Kerry) Clark, Carolyn Pink, and Michael (Chris Pierini) Clark; grandchildren, Michael Pink, Jaclyn Pink, Daniel Clark, Jennifer Clark, and Christopher Clark; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Molly Pleiss. Visitation Tuesday, December 16, 2014 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights. Prayers 9:15 am Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at the funeral home proceeding to St. Mary Parish, 10 North Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 for a 10:00 am Funeral Mass. Interment is private.
