Robert B. Hansen

Robert B. Hansen, 80, of Daytona Beach, FL and Rochester, MN, formerly of Arlington Heights was born June 24, 1930 in St. Paul MN and died Saturday August 28, 2010 at his home in Rochester, MN with his wife Maryann at his side. Bob was the beloved husband of Maryann, nee Hahn, and the late Bernice R. Hansen; loving father of James R. (Tess) Hansen, Stephen P. (Karen) Hansen, William C. Hansen and Carol E. (Ron) Elkins; cherished grandfather of Marie (John) Demko, Mark Jahnke, Kari (Kent) Kramer and Paul, Michael and Dean Hansen: great grandfather of four; dear brother of Barbara Lundberg and the late Richard Hansen, Margaret Coen and Patricia Green. Bob retired in 1990 as president of the Consumer Electronics Division of Zenith Electronics Corporation. Visitation will be Wednesday Sept. 1, 2010 from 4 to 9 p.m. at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home 2000 E. Northwest Hwy. Arlington Heights. Funeral service will begin Thursday with prayers at 9:45 a.m. at the funeral home continuing to St. James Church 831 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
