Robert J. HuelsmanOf WheelingRobert J. Huelsman was born October 14, 1923 in Chicago to Frank and Margaret (nee Jung) Huelsman. He died July 29, 2014 at Midwest Palliative Care at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.Bob attended St. George High School in Evanston and graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Bob put his engineer"s mind into a long career as a machine tool manufacturer"s representative, retiring in 1988 from Schutt-Huelsman Company in Bensenville. For the past two years he enjoyed life at Addolorata Villa in Wheeling and before that golf at Rob Roy in Prospect Heights.Robert is survived by his wife of 64 years, Lorraine (nee Rosch); his daughters Mary Joy (Bernie) Klos, Jeanne (Roger) Ignatius, Karen (Rich) Klicki and Sheila (Dave) Watson; his grandchildren Martin, Vincent, Theresa, Christopher, Kevin, Mitchell, Nathan and Tristan and by his great grandson Cameron; and by his sister in law Dorothy Rosch.Robert is preceded in death by his sister Nancy Huelsman and by his parents.Visitation from 9:30 AM until the time of Mass at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Addolorata Villa, 555 McHenry Road, Wheeling, IL.
