Sandra Guadalupe Trevino was born December 13, 1979 in Park Ridge to Martin Trevino and Maria G. Adame. She passed away May 22, 2015 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.Sandra is survived by her parents Martin and Maria; her children Marc Anthony Trevino, Yasmeen Cassandra Trevino and Ethan Nicholas Trevino; her siblings, Edna Trevino, Richard Martin Trevino and David Alexander Trevino; her grandmother Thomasita Adame and by many nieces and nephews.Sandra is preceded in death by her grandparents Francisco Adame and Jesus and Trevino Valdez and Benita Valdez De Trevino.Visitation Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
