Stan took great pride in his work as the Operations Manager for Hauserman. His dedication to Hauserman was evident in the meticulous care he took with every project and the respectful relationships he built with his colleagues and clients. His leadership only propelled the business to new heights, leading projects nationwide and even internationally. Just as importantly, he also fostered a work environment that made Hauserman feel like a family to each and every employee.
Aside from his professional achievements, Stan’s passions painted the picture of a man who loved life. He found joy in the company of his beloved Golden Retrievers (Jamie, Tess, Bailey and Colt), whose loyal companionship was a constant source of happiness. An outdoor enthusiast, Stan relished every opportunity to explore the beauty of nature, whether it was speeding through the pine tree lined snowmobile trails in Conover, the many fishing trips with his father, children, nephews and friends in Canada, navigating the waters of Eagle River, Lake Michigan, and Lake of the Ozarks on his Donzi, shooting trips with his family and friends, cruising through the ocean, spending time on a beach, or driving through the woods during the fall color change.
Stan’s adventuresome nature was matched only by his immense kindness. He approached life with a heart full of love, always putting the needs and well-being of others before his own. His friends and family will remember him as someone who could always be relied upon for advice, support, guidance, and a listening ear. Stan was also a jack of all trades, from construction to mechanics, and he was the first person that his family called when they needed to work on their house.
As we bid farewell to Stan, we reflect on the indelible mark he has left on our hearts. His laughter, his stories, and his unwavering positivity will continue to inspire us. Though he may be gone from our sight, the memories we shared will forever keep him close.
