

Sue Huang, 92, passed peacefully into the Lord's eternal presence on January 6, 2026. Born in Guangdong, China, to Yu-voon Ngui and Khiun-chin (Yeh) Ngui on October 5, 1933, Sue was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend.
Sue attended the Taipei Institute of Technology, was married to David Huang for 60 years, and raised five daughters, all while devoting her life to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was also an entrepreneur and business owner.
Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Yu-voon and Khiun-chin Ngui; her loving husband, David Huang; her brothers, Mei-Shing Ngui and Jimmy Ngui; her sister, Ai-Liang Yi (Jao); and in-laws, William Lay, Jachin Wang, and Sing Wey.
She is survived by her beloved daughters, Priscilla Huang, Esther (Vern) Yoder, Naomi (Brian) Minahan, Rebecca (Gerry) Peacock, and Betty Huang; her cherished grandchildren, Nathan Yoder, Jason (Kyial) Yoder, Ruth (Thomas) Phinney, and April (Evan Kennedy) Yoder; as well as her great-granddaughter, Lyla Phinney. Sue is also survived by her dear siblings, Lily Lay, Jean Wang, Bi-lian Wei (Yayun) Chen, Daniel (Sherry) Wey, and Marcus Wey; her sisters-in-law, Penny Ngui and Sue Wey; and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Monday, January 19, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, IL. A Memorial Service with Words of Remembrance will be held from 10:30 AM to Noon. Immediately following, the procession will depart for a graveside burial at Wheeling Township Cemetery in Arlington Heights, IL.
