Therese M. Doherty, 90 of Rolling Meadows was born July 5, 1931 in Chicago to the late Charles and Elizabeth (nee Mullen) Schmidt and passed away October 1, 2021. Therese was the beloved wife of the late James Doherty; loving mother of Michael (Nancy) Doherty and Mary Pat Murphey; cherished grandmother of Therese, James, Samantha, Jennifer (Han), Jack, Kelly, Tommy, and Teddy; great grandmother of Elijah, Mia, and Luna; and beloved friend of Janet Dilorenzo.
A visitation will be held Friday October 8, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Visitation the following day October 9, 2021 from 10 AM to 11 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11 AM at Our Lady of the Wayside Church, 440 South Mitchell Avenue in Arlington Heights.
