Thomas E. Slater passed away on January 25, 2024 in Wheeling, Illinois. He was born on July 2, 1960 in Des Plaines, Illinois to Ralph and Joan Slater.
He is survived by his siblings Cathleen Condit, Sharon (Steven) Foulk, and Stephen Slater, his nieces and nephews Bobby (Lisa) DeLeon, Jennifer DeLeon, Erik Sonderman, Dan (Tiffany) Slater and Nicole Slater and his great-nephew Gavin DeLeon.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A Funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 2, 2024 at St. Mary Parish, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Rd. Buffalo Grove, Illinois 60089.
