Walter G. Frank

Of Arlington Heights

Walter G. Frank was born April 26, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois to George and El Frieda (nee Stinshoff) Frank. He passed away peacefully at home on July 5, 2017.

He worked as a pharmacist until his retirement in 1998. He was member of the Arlington International Airgun Club, NRA, National Archery Assoc., and a former member of the St. James Choir. Walter enjoyed archery, target shooting, photography, gardening, fishing and being an amateur inventor and tinkerer.

Walter is survived by his wife of 58 years, Annette (nee Murphy); children, Corinne (Brian) King, Michelle (Dale) Owens, Maureen (Lloyd) Briggs, Brian Frank, and Andrea (Robert) Cacini; grandchildren, Chase (Sarah) King, Eric and Ryan Borders, Tera and Brandi Briggs, Zach, Anna, Cole and Jackson Cacini; his brother Ralph (Marilyn) Frank and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents

Visitation Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Prayers 9:15 am, Monday, July 10, 2017 at the funeral home, proceeding to St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights for Mass at 10:00 am. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
