Agnes Jean Summers Smith

Funeral: 2:30 p.m. Monday in Moore Bowen Road Chapel, Dr. David Mosser officiating. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: The family will receive friends 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Agnes was born Oct. 18, 1934, in Quanah, the daughter of Peter and Thelma Summers. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who loved her family. She was active in the Eastern Star and was past worthy matron, and a member of Social Order of Beauceant. Her passions included traveling with the girls, shopping, music and the Food Network. She enjoyed the retail shops, and clothes were her passion. She was a very special person who will be greatly missed.

Agnes was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin L. Smith; and son, Allen Lee Smith.

Survivors: Daughter, Vicki Harrelson and husband, Ken, of League City; sons, Eddy Smith and wife, Shelly, of Arlington and Terry Smith of Euless; grandchildren, Melissa, Stephanie, Derek, Ashley and Lauren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Allene Hopkins of Arlington; and brother, H.B. Pitt of Grand Prairie
