Raul I am so sorry to hear about  Alice. She was the sweetish person and friend. We all had such a good friend group and Alice was held in the highest regard love and respect by myself and all who knew  Alice.

I worked with Alice for many many years at Montgomery Ward.  We had such a wonderful family there which she was among.   My son Todd loved Raul as we all did.  Alice was always smiling and such a happy person to be around. So sorry she has left this world but what a wonderful she has gone to.    RIP Alice.

I am a Tom Jones fan thanks to Alice. When I was young we would have family dinners once a week. Mo would go pick up Alice from her job in Dallas and she would rush in to watch the Weekly Tom Jones tv show. I became a fan instantly. In fact, Ted just gave me vinyl album of Tom Jones greatest hits. 

Alice will be missed by all who knew her.  My love and deepest condolences to all of Alice’s family and friends.

I can’t remember a time when I didn’t know Alice. She was married to my big brother, Erasmo when I was very young. She was always kind to me and I always felt like she saw me as her little sister. She gave my mother and father their first grandson and grandaughter and made me an aunt at two years old! She will always be remembered as a very special part of our family. 
I am blessed to have Russell, Tesha and Rodney as my nephews and niece. Hold on to the precious memories and she will always be in your heart.

This is just one of many memories of our Christmas parties we used to have at my house for many many years. We also shared with Alice and other friends many times with lunch and playing games and always enjoyed our visits with Alice the last few years at her house. I will miss her tremendously and she was a wonderful, wonderful friend

I knew Alice when I worked for Montgomery Ward. She was a lovely person to know.  My condolences to her family.

Mama Licha was “grandma” in every way that mattered. She was a caring presence during some of the most formative years of my life.

Her home after school was a second home to me. The kitchen table was where we did our homework, and where she made sure we had a snack to hold us over until dinner. But more than that, it was where I felt seen, safe, and cared for.

As I get older, my childhood means more to me. The people who touched my life—no matter how time or relationships changed—still holds a special place in my heart. Mama Licha was one of those people.

Rest peacefully. You are deeply missed, and forever cherished.

I called her Mama Lecha. She was the Mom of my best friend, Tesh. I spent a lot of time at her house in middle school and high school. Mama Lecha was always so sweet and welcoming. I will always remember her very fondly. My heart goes out to Tesh, Russ and Rodney as well as Raul and all of their grandchildren. May God bless you all. You all have an angel watching over you.
