Billy was born Dec. 18, 1938, to John Riley and Alene Christine Fouse in Sulphur Springs. On April 20, 1979, he married Mary Ann Johnson. He was a tough cowboy with a big heart who loved country western movies. Those who have preceded him in death include parents; son, Billy Joe Fouse Jr.; two brothers; and two sisters. Survivors: Spouse of 35 years, Mary Ann Fouse; children, Arlene Fouse, Danny Joe Salee and wife, Christy, Marilynn Krysinski and husband, Greg, and Carolynn Salee-Baldridge and husband, Johnny; daughter by heart, Lecrezia Williams; grandchildren, Scott, Aubrey, Alexis, Brandon, Madison; and granddaughter by heart, De'Ja Coyne.
