Mr. Robinson retired from AT&T after 27 years of service.
Survivors: His wife, Otila "Tillie" Robinson; daughter, Tanya C. Pryor of Frederick, Md.; sister, Laverne Dixon of Baltimore, Md.; and several in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends and church members.
