

Ellen D. Consol, a beloved wife, mother of three, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully at the age of 74 in Aubrey, Texas, on December, 16th 2025. She was a bright soul whose kindness and laughter touched the lives of all who knew her.
A true lover of life, Ellen had an unshakable passion for creativity. Whether she was crafting beautiful handmade treasures or planning her next travel adventure with her devoted husband, she found joy in the small moments and the big ones alike. Together, they explored many places, making memories that will last forever.
Beyond her love for crafting and travel, Ellen was a woman whose generosity knew no bounds. She always went above and beyond to help others, even when not asked. Her heart was as big as her smile, and her willingness to lend a hand was a constant source of comfort to family, friends, and strangers alike.
Known for her quick wit, Ellen had a sharp sense of humor that could light up any room. She always knew how to make people laugh, often using her humor to brighten a tough situation and bring joy to those around her. Her infectious laughter and clever jokes will be missed by all.
Ellen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Consol, and one of their three children, Stephen Consol. She leaves behind their two surviving children, Christy Williams, Ryan Consol and his wife Nichole Consol, and was also a proud grandmother to Aaron Chasteen.
Her legacy of kindness, creativity, and humor will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
