Gene was born on October 11, 1939, in Walters, Oklahoma to Leonard and Hazel Lowe. He married the love of his life, Judy Griffith, and they spent 59 wonderful years together. Gene was a longtime Arlington resident as well as a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Arlington. He was a devoted long Fme employee of Mardel Christian bookstore. Gene was preceded in death by his wife Judy Lowe and parents Leornard and Hazel Lowe.
Survivors; sons Paul Lowe and wife Cindy of Lake Whitney, Danny Lowe of Austin; Grandchildren, Taylor Lowe of Ada, Oklahoma, Kyle and Miranda Lowe of Durant, Oklahoma, Jake Lowe of Austin. Great Grandchild, Jackson Lowe of Durant, Oklahoma. Sister LuAnne Lombardi and Nicole of Arlington; Brother Gary Lowe of Tennessee.
A memorial service for Lowell will be held Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 4:00 PM at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home, 4216 South Bowen Road, Arlington, TX 76016.
