

Owen Edward Lohman had a vibrant soul whose life was a testament to energy, care, faith, loyalty, and love. He embraced every moment with boundless enthusiasm, touching the lives of all who knew him. His deep religious convictions guided his actions, fostering a community spirit and compassion that resonated with everyone he encountered. Through his unwavering loyalty and genuine warmth, he created lasting bonds that will endure as a testament to his remarkable character. He will be fondly remembered for his deep love for family and friends, as well as his remarkable sense of humor, wisdom, and extensive knowledge. He found great joy in his hobbies of hunting and fishing, particularly in the beautiful landscapes of Colorado.
Preceded in death by wife, Helen Carolyn Lohman; son, Michael Edward Lohman; siblings, Myrtice Oakley, Wilburn Lynn Lohman, Angeline Franklin, Dellaine Jones, and Melvin Lohman; and granddaughter, Patricia Megan Elizabeth Lohman.
He is survived by daughters, Debra Lohman, Laura Taylor and husband, James; siblings, Dessie Perkins, Bess Buffington, and Frances Lohman; granddaughters, Brandi Spears, and husband, Kenny, Mykel Jaeckels, and fiancé, Spencer Draper, Briana Jaeckels, Leah Anthamaten, and husband, Tim, Paige Hybert, and husband, Jeremy, Michelle Lohman and Myranda Holt, and husband, Dakota; grandson, Clinton Taylor, and wife, Yveht; 14 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends dearly.
The visitation service will be held at Moore Bowen Funeral Home on June 24th from 6pm to 8pm. Chapel service will be held at Moore Bowen Funeral Home on June 25th at 10am. Burial services will follow at 12pm at Parkdale Cemetery.
